Autozone sells three types of silicone grease. Two are canisters for lubricating cars and lawn equipment. The third is a spray for light-duty jobs.

Grainger sells the typical auto grease canisters as well as high vacuum and bearing grease. The high vacuum and bearing grease are used for scientific research applications.
Wal-Mart
Wal-Mart generally stocks grease in its automotive department. From personal experience, it is generally cheaper than at a specialty store; however, all Wal-Marts do not stock it. It is typically stocked near the engine oil.
O'Reilly Auto Parts
O'Reilly stocks specialty use silicone grease. This specialty grease is for small, light-duty mechanical parts on cars and other household equipment.
JC Whitney
JC Whitney sells just about every specialty silicone grease imaginable. Its prices are often higher, but it offers a greater selection than any of the other companies. JC Whitney, however, is an Internet-only company, so you'll have to wait a few days before receiving the grease. Search for silicone lubricant.
