You can reactivate your ATT mobile service within a few minutes.
If your ATT mobile phone was lost or stolen, you should have contacted customer service and had your service suspended. This way, if anyone found your phone, they wouldn't be able to make unauthorized calls, racking up your phone bill. After the situation was straightened out, however, and you're ready to resume your ATT service, you must reactivate it. This is a relatively easy process that can be done right from your PC and takes only minutes to execute.
Instructions
1. Log in to your myWireless account online.
2. Click on My Account under the My Services section. This will open a new screen.
3. Click on the Suspend/Reactivate Service link under the Device Support section.
4. Click on the Activate button next to the phone number you wish to reactivate. Click on Confirm to verify the reactivation. Your phone service should now be reactivated.
5. Dial a number from your newly reactivated phone to make sure the service has been turned back on. If, for some reason, it isn't working, call ATT customer service at 800-331-0500 to speak with a representative.
