Use A Hitachi Bread Maker

Baking homemade bread can be a complicated, difficult ordeal. And after the careful preparation, the smallest hitch can cause your bread to come out wrong. Fortunately, many kitchen appliance companies make automated bread makers. As long as you follow the recipes, these machines will help you make a fine loaf of bread.

The Hitachi bread maker is an inexpensive, compact and highly functional bread machine that is also relatively easy to use, and bakes a sweet, golden loaf every time.

Instructions

1. Plug in and set up your Hitachi bread maker. Be sure to set it at least 4 inches away from other countertop items, because it will get very hot during use.

2. Add the wet ingredients, the dry ingredients and the yeast, in that order. Follow the ingredients and quantities given in your recipe; either use the recipe printed on the back of your bread maker, or use a bread-maker recipe from a cookbook or the Internet.

3. Press "Start." Wait 4 hours 10 minutes, or use the built-in delay timer on the bread maker. During this time, be sure not to place a dishcloth over the bread maker, because that may deform the machine's top.

4. Remove the bread when finished, and wash everything with a rag or sponge. Do not use steel wool or abrasives, which could damage the non-stick coating.
