Make Grilled Corn On The Cob

Grilled corn on the cob is delicious and moist, and it's a great addition to any barbecue menu. This method will show you make the recipe using corn in its husk.

Instructions

1. Remove loose pieces of husk and cut excess silk from each corn cob.

2. Put all of the corn cobs in a large bowl of water and let them soak for 15 minutes to provide moisture for cooking (it will evaporate as the corn cooks).

3. Prepare your grill while the corn soaks.

4. Remove the corn and shake gently to remove excess water.

5. Put the corn on the grill and cover.

6. Turn the corn every 5 to 15 minutes depending on how hot your grill is.

7. Test to see if the corn is ready by sticking a fork into the kernels when the husks are charred and dry. Cooked kernels will be soft and the fork will slide in easily.

8. Use tongs to remove the corn from the grill.

9. Hold one end of the corn with a towel and peel the silk and leaves away.

10. Rinse the corn in warm water to remove ash and silk.

11. Season and enjoy!
