Make Nacho Cheese With Velveeta Without It Getting Thick







Velveeta is a popular brand name of a processed cheese product manufactured by


Kraft Foods, Inc. It is has a soft texture and has a taste similar to that of American cheese. It is commonly added to innumerable dishes such as soups, pastas, sandwiches, casseroles, pastries and salads. You can also create a delicious nacho cheese dip using Velveeta cheese. You can make a tasty Velveeta cheese dip that that does not have a thick consistency by adding milk.


Instructions


1. Remove an entire 8 oz. brick of Velveeta cheese from its packaging. Using a cheese grater, grate the Velveeta cheese over a dry bowl or container and set aside.








2. Pour the grated cheese and 1/4 cup of fresh milk into a medium-size saucepan. Heat the mixture under the lowest heat setting.


3. Stir the mixture until the Velveeta cheese is fully melted. Add 1 tbsp. of chopped tomatoes, jalapenos or other spices for a more tasty cheese dip. Serve with your favorite nachos and enjoy.
