Make Boneless Chicken Wings

Make your own boneless wings.

Boneless chicken wings are the perfect snack for the big game or as an appetizer at your next barbecue. You don't have to call a restaurant to get the great taste of spicy wings. Make your own in no time with some hot sauce and a few kitchen staples. Boneless wings are made with chicken breast.

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and place in a zip-close bag with the hot sauce. Let it sit for at least an hour so the chicken absorbs the sauce. Make sure there is enough sauce to cover all the chicken.

2. Set out three bowls next to each other. Place the flour, milk and buffalo sauce into the bowls. Make sure you have enough extra of each ingredient as you will undoubtedly need more than you put into the bowls to start.

3. One by one, remove the chicken pieces from the bag. Coat each piece in flour, then dip it in the milk. Dip the piece in the flour again and coat it in the hot sauce if you want spicy wings.

Place the finished wing on a plate near the stove.

4. Place a thin layer of vegetable oil into a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Fry only six to eight of the wings at a time. Make sure to turn the wings in the pan until the flour hardens, signifying that the wings are cooked thoroughly.
