Mix A Silver Medal Olympic Cocktail

Olympic fever is about to hit full force. Be prepared for impromptu game-watching parties with a handful of specialty cocktails. Each time an American wins a silver medal--the group takes a drink of this one!

Instructions

1. Load the tray with a bottle of vodka, a bottle of coconut rum, an ice bucket filled with ice, ice tongs, shot glasses, a small towel and mini cocktail shakers. If you're using two smaller trays keep the shot glasses and mini cocktail shakers on the same tray. Figure about 4 mini shakers for a party of up to 12 people.

2. For easy access, place the tray on the cocktail table in the room where you are watching the games. Each time an American (or the country you are cheering for) wins a silver medal, the group takes a drink.

3. Make the drinks by filling each mini cocktail shaker with ice. Pour 2 ounces of vodka and 2 ounces of coconut rum into each shaker. Shake, then pour the contents of each shaker into 2 shot glasses.

4. Do an end-zone-dance while waving the American flag (or the flag of the country you are cheering for). Then wait for the next silver medal winner.
