Make Home Made Chicken Salad With Fresh Chicken

Here is a way to make tasty homemade chicken salad with fresh chicken. You can make a healthy and nutritious sandwich to enjoy. Then put the rest in small bowls for later. You can try other ingredients as well, such as seasonal fruits and even cheese, but try this for a basic chicken salad recipe.


Instructions


1. Wash your chicken pieces and put them in a large pot of boiling water. Add salt if desired.


2. Boil until the chicken is fully cooked. This will take about an hour.


3. After the chicken is fully cooked, remove with tongs.


4. Using the one fork to hold the chicken piece, take the other fork and use it to shred the chicken pieces for your homemade chicken salad.


5. Put the shredded chicken in a medium bowl.


6. Add a couple heaping tablespoons of dill cubes. For fewer calories and sugar, use the no-sugar-added relish available at a grocery store.








7. Add a few tablespoons of Miracle Whip brand dressing or mayonnaise, stirring until the chicken salad is moistened.


8. Stir until all of the ingredients are mixed well in your homemade chicken salad.








9. Now you are ready to make a delicious sandwich with your homemade chicken salad from fresh chicken. Add cheese if desired.


10. Put the remainder of the homemade chicken salad in small bowls for later. Store in the refrigerator.
