Make A Texas Sheet Cake With Icing

Everything is bigger in Texas, including the desserts. Texas sheet cake is no exception. Made in a large jellyroll pan, it's an easy chocolate cake for potluck suppers, the PTA meeting and bake sales. Because you pour hot icing over the warm cake, Texas sheet cake is extremely moist. Texas cooks often say Lady Bird Johnson first came up with the recipe for Texas sheet cake.
