Make A Rainbow Wrap

Rainbow wraps are a healthy and vegetarian option for a snack, lunch or dinner.

Rainbow wraps are vegetarian sandwich wraps that have an array of ingredients that make them colorful. These wraps are vegetarian and healthy, and their imaginative name can make them more appealing to children. You can change or add ingredients as you desire, and you can even make them even heartier by adding different cheeses or spreads. The more colorful the vegetables you include in the wrap, the more colors you will have to incorporate into your rainbow wrap recipe.

Instructions

1. Lay the spinach tortilla out flat on a plate. Preferably, use a large tortilla so you will be able to fill it and fold it with all the ingredients.

2. Spread the cream cheese evenly on the side of the tortilla that is facing up. You can add other sauces or spreads if you want to make the rainbow wrap spicier or creamier.

3. Place the colorful vegetable ingredients in the center of the tortilla. Keep the edges as free as possible so that you will be able to wrap the vegetables completely inside of the tortilla.

4. Roll one end of the tortilla over the vegetables and keep rolling until you have rolled it completely so that it creates a long cylinder with the spread and vegetables in the center. Fold the edges in so that the veggies do not fall out.

5. Cut the rainbow wrap into small circle pieces or just make one cut down the center of the wrap. Use toothpicks to hold the wrap together by sticking them through each rolled piece.
