Make Homemade Fruit
Punch
Fruit punch is a favorite drink among many kids and adults. Enjoying this sweet and refreshing beverage need not involve spending money on a store-bought version. You can make fruit punch on your own using a combination of fruit juices, soft drinks and fresh fruits. Serve it on its own at a play date or as a mixer alongside alcoholic beverages at adult gatherings.
Instructions
1. Combine the water and sugar in a pot. Boil the mixture for approximately four to five minutes.
2. Mix in the fruit syrup, tea, and pineapple and lemon juices. Stir the punch with a ladle to blend the liquids.
3. Leave the mixture to cool for approximately 30 minutes.
4. Add 5 cups of ice water to the mixture and taste it. If the punch is too sweet for your liking, gradually dilute it with 2 or more additional cups of water and continue to taste it as you go along.
5. Add ginger ale to the punch. Finish by putting whole cherries into the mixture.
