Flavor & Season Commercial Popcorn

Surprise your friends with popcorn flavored with unusual ingredients.

Whether you're in the movie theater, at a baseball game or curled up on your couch, popcorn is the ultimate snack to have while watching a movie or the big game. While making popcorn yourself on the stove or in an air popper will taste the freshest, sometimes you just don't have time to make it from scratch. You can still enjoy well-flavored microwave popcorn by adding extra butter or your favorite seasonings as soon as it's finished popping. Experiment with seasonings from savory to sweet to find the popcorn flavor you like the best.

Instructions

1. Toss with melted flavored butter or flavored olive oil. Add your favorite seasoning to butter or olive oil, such as garlic powder, lemon pepper or cinnamon, and pour it on top of the popcorn. Toss to coat all of the pieces.

2. Spray with flavored cooking spray. Select cooking spray that comes in flavors such as olive oil and garlic that will add flavor to your butter.

3. Sprinkle powdered cheese on top of the popcorn. After coating the popcorn in a butter or spray, your favorite flavor of cheese in powder form will stick perfectly to the popcorn.

4. Sprinkle with ground seasonings. You may find options such as cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, dill and curry powder in your seasonings cabinet.

5. Add hot sauce to your popcorn. If you're up for a little spice, sprinkle a little red hot sauce to the popcorn and toss to coat. You can also add red pepper flakes for spices.

6. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top of the popcorn if you like your popcorn sweet.

7. Drizzle the popcorn with chocolate or caramel sauce for a dessert popcorn.
