Make Easy Fudge

Do you have a lot of left over chocolate from the holidays. Well put it to good use by making easy fudge. It is not a hard thing to do if you follow all the steps on this ehow.


Instructions








1. To make this easy fudge with your left over chocolate, take an 8" metal or glass baking pan and line it with foil. Make the foil big enough to go over the sides.


2. The next step to making this easy fudge recipe is to put the chocolate in a glass bowl with the 14oz can of sweetened milk. Put the bowl in the microwave and cook it for 3 minutes or until the chocolate is very soft. Mix it for 2 minutes or until the chocolate and condensed milk is combined and smooth.








3. Once the chocolate is combined with the condensed milk you can now add your vanilla extract. The bowl will be very hot so be sure to use pot holders. The vanilla extract will add flavor to your easy fudge recipe.


4. Pour the choclate mixture into the 8" metal or glass baking pan you already prepared in the first step. Make sure to level the chocolate this will make this easy fudge set up evenly.


5. Put the pan in the refrigerator for 3 hours or until it is set. 3 hours is a short time to wait for this delicious easy fudge recipe.


6. Once you have waited the 3 hours or so until this easy fudge has set you can use the foil to take the fudge out of the pan. Cut this easy fudge into small squares. Your left over chocolate should make about 25 servings of delicious easy fudge. If there is any left overs be sure to store them in the refrigerator.
