Make easy pork chops with Lipton Onion Soup.


Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup is a dry soup and dip mix used for cooking a wide variety of dishes. Its principle ingredients are dehydrated onions, salt, cornstarch, and onion powder. It also contains additional flavorings and preservatives.


Ingredients

One envelope of Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix (mix is sold in one-ounce packages)








1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs


Four one-inch thick bone-in pork chops


One well-beaten egg


Preparation

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix the Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Golden Onion Soup Mix with the bread crumbs in small bowl.


Dip the pork chops in the beaten egg, then roll to evenly coat with the bread crumb mixture.


Arrange the pork chops on a greased or foil-lined baking sheet, and cook uncovered for 20 minutes or until cooked to your desire.
