Long Island Steak Houses

Enjoy the finest meats grilled to perfection!

Long Island is home to quality steak houses that guarantee USDA prime beef, fresh seafood and impeccable service. These restaurants are established businesses that know meat, pick it and cook it. Any one of the steakhouses on Long Island is a perfect choice for flavor-packed, quality steak dinners.

Brooks & Porter

Only the finest cuts of beef.

Brooks & Porter is located in downtown Merrick adjacent to the train station. The location is perfect for the décor that is "reminiscent of the 1930s deco big city train stations." They promise to serve the finest prime dry aged beef while also offering vegetarian options like over-sized shrimp scampi or selections from the raw seafood bar. They have an experienced wine connoisseur to suggest one of their many wines to accompany the meal.

Not in the mood for steak? Stop in for a drink at their oversized lounge where you can order one of their specialty drinks like the Key Lime Martini or a simple bite to eat.

Reservations for dinner are strongly recommended. If just stopping in for a drink, prepare for a lively crowd at the bar.
