Instructions
1. Start by putting low fat vanilla yogurt in a bowl. A tall, skinny bowl or dish works the best, but any bowl will do.
2. Add a layer of your favorite fruit. Strawberries, blueberries or raspberries work well, but you can use whatever fruit you prefer.
3. Add another layer of low fat vanilla yogurt on top of the fruit.
4. Add another layer of your favorite fruit on top of the low fat vanilla yogurt.
5. Add a final layer of low fat vanilla yogurt on top of the fruit.
6. Add the granola to the top. Granola can be a little bit pricey, so you can also use crunchy granola bars. If you use a granola bar, break it into pieces with a rolling pin while it is still in the wrapper.
