Instructions
1. Allow the ice cream to soften on the counter. In the meantime, spread half a jar of hot fudge sauce into the bottom of the cookie crust.
2. Once the ice cream is softened, carefully spread it into the cookie crust. Immediately place it into the freezer.
3. Once the pie is frozen, place the whipped topping into the piping bag and put six stars of whipped cream along the edge of the pie and one large star in the center. Place the pie back into the freezer until ready to serve.
4. Once you are ready to serve, take the pie from the freezer and allow it to thaw slightly. Then decorate it with the chocolate covered espresso beans and the rest of the hot fudge sauce that has been slightly warmed in the microwave. Cut and serve.
