Make Berry Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

Berry frozen yogurt pops are easy to make.

Who needs to wait for the ice cream man when you can make your own frozen yogurt pops at home? By making your own berry frozen yogurt pops, you can control the ingredients and sugar level that go into your frozen treats. With just three basic ingredients, these frozen treats are easy to make and can also be less expensive than buying boxes of frozen novelties. This recipe makes about a half dozen pops.

Instructions

1. Puree the berries in your blender or food processor.

2. If you don't want seeds in your frozen yogurt pop, pour the berry puree into a mesh strainer to remove most of the seeds. If seeds don't bother you, proceed without straining.

3. Mix the berry puree and the yogurt together in a bowl.

4. Add some sugar to taste, if needed. Use a sugar substitute if you need to cut down on the amount of sugar you use.

5. Pour mixture into the molds and place in a freezer overnight.

6. To serve, unmold the pops by briefly running warm water over the molds to loosen.
