Make Kickin' Citrus Punch

When you have a party, you need to have punch. This citrus punch is really kicked up by the addition of berries and berry juices. Put this punch bowl out on any table, and it will not stay there for long. This Kickin' Citrus Punch is definitely a crowd pleaser.


Instructions


Kickin' Citrus Punch








1. Cut each orange into eight sections and lay onto a baking sheet. Cut stems off strawberries and then cut them in half, lay these on baking sheet as well. Slice lemon and limes into 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch pieces and lay these onto the baking sheet.








2. Place baking sheet into freezer. Freeze fruit for at least four (4) hours, until all fruit is hard.


3. In punch bowl, combine orange juice, grapefruit juice, grape juice, cranberry juice, lime juice and sugar. Stir until all sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until liquid is chilled, about one (1) hour.


4. Pull punch mix out of refrigerator. Add ginger ale. Pull frozen fruit out of freezer and add to punch. Take frozen berries (raspberries, blueberries and cherries) and add those to the punch as well. Place ladle into punch and serve cold.
