Instructions
1. Visit the Cutco website for various ways to place an order for its products (see Resources).
2. Call Cutco toll-free at the number found on the website to place an order for its knife products directly if you already know which knives you would like to purchase. You will be routed to a live agent, who can take your order and payment over the phone.
3. Click on the "Request a catalog" link on the Cutco website. You will be directed to a page where you will be asked for your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Click "Submit" to fulfill your request for a catalog, as well as a user guide for instructions on properly use the products.
4. Click the "See us at Fairs & Shows" link on the website to view a list of upcoming shows and demonstration showcases around the country. You will be able to see the Cutco products at these shows before you purchase.
5. Click on the "Email a request for more information" to be directed to a page where you can request a representative to perform a demonstration in your home or for more information about sales and product specifics. Fill out the form, which asks for your customer ID (if applicable), your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and additional comments concerning your request. Click "Submit" to send the request for review.
6. Click the "Download an order form to mail or fax" link to be routed to the form for placing an order by mail or by sending the company a fax. Fill out the form completely, including the product numbers from Cutco's catalog, and send it to the address or fax number listed on the form to complete your order.
