Per Se

Per Se is chef Thomas Keller's New York companion to the French Laundry, his Napa-based perennial contender for the title of best restaurant in the world. In fact, there's even a constantly streaming two-way video screen between the two restaurants' kitchen. Where Per Se truly sets itself from the pack in New York, though, is through its selection of two different nine-course prix fixe menus. You can choose between the lighter "Tasting of Vegetables" or the "Chef's Tasting Menu," each of which changes seasonally.
