Here's a perfect sauce if you're serving cold salmon: ¼ cup Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. ground dry mustard, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1/3 cup olive oil and 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill.
Sweet Mustard Sauce
For fried chicken try a sweet sauce of ½ cup Dijon mustard, ½ cup honey, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
