Make A Turkey Quiche

Full of great ingredients and easy to make, a turkey quiche can be put together quickly, with plenty left over for lunch the next day. You'll need only a few minutes of work and about an hour in the oven to make a turkey quiche.

Instructions

1. Place the butter in a medium skillet and cook the broccoli and onion over medium heat until tender. Stir frequently so that the ingredients don't burn.

2. Beat the eggs, cream and salt and pepper together in a large bowl. You may also add other spices to this mixture if you want to alter the recipe a bit (curry is a good option, for example).

3. Place the broccoli and onion mixture along with shredded cheese into the pie crust. Spread the mixture out evenly over the surface of the pie crust to ensure that it will cook evenly.

4. Pour the egg mixture over the broccoli/onion in the pie crust. Again, spread it out evenly over the surface and tap the crust on the counter to push the egg mixture into the cracks and crevasses in the broccoli (to remove air pockets).

5. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, or until the center of the quiche is completely cooked through. It's possible to bake at higher temperatures, and then reduce the temperature halfway through cooking.
