Make Balsamic Vinegar Creamy








If you like the taste of balsamic vinegar, but prefer a creamy dressing instead, you can easily make balsamic vinegar creamy using just a few common kitchen ingredients. This recipe is very customizable, and can be suited to taste. It yields approximately 2 cups of creamy balsamic vinegar, which should be used within two weeks.








Instructions


1. Add 1 cup of balsamic vinegar to a medium sized mixing bowl. Add 1 cup of Miracle Whip Dressing, or the generic equivalent.


2. Beat the vinegar and dressing mixture with a hand-held mixer on medium speed until thick and creamy, usually about 3 to 5 minutes.


3. Add salt, pepper, or any other seasonings you like to taste. Blend them in thoroughly using a whisk.


4. Transfer your creamy balsamic vinegar to a glass mason jar. Secure the lid tightly. Label the contents, if desired.


5. Place the jar in the refrigerator and keep it chilled when it is not in use. This dressing will keep up to two weeks before any unused portion should be discarded.
