T-Coons, owned and operated by David Billeaud, was started in Lafayette in 1993, and specializes in what Billeaud likes to call Zydeco cuisine, which is a mixture of creole and cajun soul food. Everything at T-Coon's is homemade, with plenty of Louisiana flavor.
