Make Maytag Blue Cheese Dressing

Maytag Blue Cheese

The Maytag Dairy is located in central Iowa, just a hop, skip and jump away from the Maytag appliance factory. The dairy has been creating creamy Maytag Blue Cheese for more than 75 years. Its founder, one of the Maytag appliance heirs, chose to make his mark on the culinary rather than the cleaning world. The result is a creamy rich blue cheese with a citrusy tang. Make this simple blue cheese dressing with Maytag cheese and serve over a wedge of iceberg lettuce with sliced beefsteak tomatoes.
