Southeastern Wisconsin Cheese Making Tours

Many cheese factories provide tours for visiting dairy fans.

Cheese making tours are available in several family-owned factories throughout southeastern Wisconsin, allowing guests to witness the transformation process of vats of milk into curds and cubes of delectable dairy.

Widmer's Cheese Cellars

Located in Dodge County, Widmer's is the only cellar that still makes authentic brick cheese from dry curd, pressed with actual bricks. Guided tours are available by reservation from Monday through Friday at 9:30 a.m.
