The metropolitan city of Hamilton is located in Southwest Ohio and is a thriving city of business and culture. Hamilton is centered between the cities of Cincinnati, Dayton and Oxford, and has been home to the residential development known as the German Village, since 1973. The German Village is set amongst historical architecture and as such was placed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1989. Oleg's is located on Montgomery Road, Cincinnati, about 21 miles from Hamilton, and takes approximately 30 minutes to drive. This tavern prides itself on serving healthy dishes made with fresh meats, a variety of fresh mixed vegetables, with healthy homemade sauces and dressings. Oleg's is open seven days a week and accepts large bookings.
In addition to offering a brunch and dinner menu, Oleg's delivers to local businesses too. Expect dishes like omelets and pancakes at brunch and Berlin style chicken as well as Hungarian goulash; assorted German sausages and Schnitzels for dinner. The average price for a main dish at Oleg's as of December, 2010 is $10.
Ron's Roost
Ron's Roost has been open since the 1960's and is located on Race Road, Cincinnati. This German restaurant is 21.5 miles from Hamilton, Ohio and takes a little over 30 minutes to drive. Ron's Roost sells over 40,000 pieces of chicken each month, and also offers the Bavarian Platter Sampler as well as Ron's Oktoberfest Sauerbraten made of Sauerbraten (German roast meat) nestled upon a bed of noodles and potato pancakes with applesauce or bacon slaw. As of December 2010, the average cost of a main dish at Ron's Roost is $12. A kid's menu is also available for family meals out.
