Make A Mole Chicken Dish

If you need a Mexican dish for a dinner party, then consider making chicken mole. This entree is a great choice that can feed 6-8 people. It has a perfect blend of sauce and tastes. Instructions


1. Buy chicken pieces that are either sliced and cut up already, or buy whole chicken breasts and slice it the way you want. Place the chicken in a big pot and cover it.


2. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to the chicken and bring it to boil. Usually it will take the chicken around 45 minutes to be cooked all the way through.


3. Remove the chicken from the pot and save 1 cup of broth for the chicken mole gravy.








4. Get a large skillet and place it on the stove to heat at medium level. Put the oil into the skillet and add flower slowly and a little at a time for about 1 minute. Take the skillet off the stove and add the chili powder into the oil and flour mix. Take the bouillon cubes and let them crumble in the mix. Mix everything together.


5. Place the skillet back on the stove and pour the chicken broth you saved. Stir everything together and then add the salt and peanut butter. Now use a hand mixer to make your mole smooth.


6. Bring the mix to boil and then put the heat down to a simmering level. Stir the sauce often and let it cook for around half an hour.


7. Get a glass dish and place the chicken that you have cooked on the base. Once your mole is cooked, you can pour it over the chicken in the dish. Now this Mexican speciality is ready to serve to friends and family. Enjoy!
