Bake Breaded Buffalo Chicken Wings

Add a little kick to your breaded chicken wings.

If you like your chicken wings to be hot and spicy, try making breaded buffalo chicken wings. These oven-baked wings are lightly breaded and have the heat you're looking for. This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare, 30 minutes to cook and will make about nine two-wing servings.

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 425 F.

2. Combine 3/4 cup dry unseasoned bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder, 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.

3. Add the chicken wings to the bag a few at a time, and shake the bag up to coat them well with the spices and bread crumbs.

4. Arrange the wings in a shallow baking pan covered with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake chicken wings for 30 minutes or until cooked.

5. Serve while hot with sides of blue cheese and celery or carrots.
